Bio: Michael Klimke
Michael Klimke resides in Muenster, Westphalia, Germany.
He is one of 3 children of the late Dr. Reiner Klimke, the most successful dressage artist of our times and Ruth Klimke.
Michael trained with his father and Herbert Kuckluck, Klaus Balkenhol, Major Albert Stecken, Harry Boldt, all extremely famous dressage professionals.
Michael won his first Grand Prix in 1988 and has shared international success with his sister Ingrid Klimke.
In 2000 he was one of the nominated riders for the Olympic games with his mount "Bigfoot".
He completed his law studies in 1996 and is a practicing lawyer. He spends half a day in his law office and half a day training his horses.
Michael Klimke has given several clinics in the USA, but never before in Texas.
Mr Klimke's clinic will be a very special experience for Texas Dressage fans, and most memorable days for the riders who are fortunate enough to participate.
